What happens if I exceed my user limit?
You will be notified when approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to add more users. Existing users will not lose access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How does AI course generation work?
Describe your topic, choose difficulty and content types, and our AI generates a complete course with sections, lessons, quizzes, and assessments. Free plan includes 3 generations per month; Professional and Enterprise get unlimited.
What content types are supported?
LMSHT supports 11 content types: articles, videos, quizzes, assignments, SCORM packages, instructor-led training (ILT), surveys, audio, documents, web content, and dynamic content. Free plan includes 5 core types; Professional and Enterprise get all 11.
Do you offer discounts for education or non-profits?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans can export all reports to CSV or PDF. Your data is always accessible and portable.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3), isolated multi-tenant architecture, role-based access control with up to 7 granular roles, and our infrastructure runs on AWS with regular security audits.
Do you offer API access?
Enterprise plans include API key management for third-party integrations. Contact our sales team to learn more about API capabilities.
